April has arrived and I am eagerly awaiting the Lily of the Valley flowers, which had popped up last year by the woods edge next to the lane. Lily of the Valley can also be know as May lily, May bells, or the French “Muguet des bois.” In the Victorian era, this flower symbolized a ‘return to happiness’. I think that is very appropriate since Spring, with it’s abundant sunshine and blue skies, can be so helpful in breaking the Winter blues. The flowers have a pleasant delicate floral scent and I love that they were part of this old farmhouse’s flower garden. These sweet, bell shaped, white flowers are one of my favorites.
The colors of this month’s Digital Scrapbook Blog Train are a burst of flower power with pinks, purples, yellows, oranges, blues, and greens. But I chose to only feature a few colors that I thought would work best to compliment the Lily of the Valley. I hope you can get a little “return to happiness” with this mini that I have for you today!

This bundle helps to encapsulate the season of gentle rain showers, spring days, fresh air, sunshine, and even a hint to the Spring cleaning that often gets done with the windows open. This bundle can help to add a little happiness to your layouts and projects.
